Sivananda Yoga
Sivananda Yoga is a classical, holistic approach to Hatha Yoga. It stretches and tones the entire body. This style of Yoga is a complete healing system designed to help the body maintain a natural state of health, suitable for all levels of experience.


Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a Yoga style in which the breath flows in coordination to the postures. With a smooth transition of movements. It improves flexibility and harmonises the body. While increasing energy levels, releasing tension and promoting relaxation.


Integral Yoga
Integral Yoga is a physical, respiratory and intellectual practice. It transforms unconscious thoughts and patterns awakening our values of peace and humanity. Ideal for helping back problems, migraines, sciatica, pregnant women and the elderly.


Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a Yoga that brings balance to our lives. This is the necessary state for the body to be free from blockages, diseases and to maximise your body's full potential. Balance is what we seek for our vital energy and mental serenity to thrive.

Libelula Yoga Studio is a centre that teaches a variety of styles of Yoga each with a different approach.
Yoga has one method but several types of classes that can be adapted to suit everyone. At Libelula we recognise that no one is the same and we all have different needs.
Kika Cardona
Kika is a comprehensive Yoga teacher covering many branches of Yoga. Including Power, Dynamic and children’s Yoga. They can help relieve back pain, migraines, sciatica, assist pregnant women, the elderly and be fun for kids.
Sonia Caba Cortes
Sonia teaches Hatha Yoga, she trained in India and has been teaching since 2004. She also teaches Classical Yoga with more than 10 years of experience in this. Whilst also being a trained Pilates instructor since 2008.
What is Yoga?







Yoga is an art, science and philosophy of life that integrates the mind, body and spirit of human beings.
This ancient practice of Yoga derives from India, it’s a way of breathing and moving which communicates with the body as a whole.
The methods includes a series of physical postures called “Asanas” and focus on flexibility. Working with muscles are the physical part of emotion
that the spirit and body connect through.
Energetic release from the muscles is incorporated through stretching.
It has become a culture that hundreds of millions of practitioners share that gives way to a sense of positive energy and well-being.
